1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SHS Prep ("shsprep.com", "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

SHS Prep provides online SHSAT preparation materials including practice questions, mock exams, lessons, and analytics. The Platform is designed to supplement, not replace, classroom instruction and other forms of test preparation.

3. Accounts and Registration

You must create an account to access paid features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

SHS Prep offers three plans tied to the SHSAT calendar. The Monthly plan is a recurring subscription that auto-cancels at the end of the current SHSAT cycle (no charges after the November test). The Season Pass and Early Studier Plan are one-time payments that grant access through a fixed end date. No plan auto-renews. All sales are final; no refunds are issued. All payments are processed through Stripe.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Copy, distribute, or reproduce Platform content
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the Platform
  • Use automated tools to access the Platform
  • Interfere with other users' access to the Platform

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including questions, explanations, lessons, and design, is owned by SHS Prep and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

7. Disclaimer

SHS Prep does not guarantee admission to any specialized high school. Practice scores and analytics are estimates and may not reflect actual SHSAT performance. The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

SHS Prep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
